Investor Due Diligence Reports

In addition to our assessments, we typically identify and interview two or three experts in the specific field of technology and/or business to provide additional high level assessments.  These experts are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and are paid an honorarium for their time.   Further, we typically interview at least one principal of the company to gather additional information.

The result is a custom comprehensive report that provides specific referenced information about the target company as well as our internal and expert assessments.  Often, we find significant issues with the target companies, which will assist our client in further discussions and investigation.

The cost is only $4,100 per IDDR (plus honoraria for expert reviewers) and the reports are usually completed within 4 – 6 weeks.  Bringing BioAbility's resources to bear is a great boost to the due diligence efforts of our clients at a cost far less than could be done by them in-house.
